What size are the magnets? Each magnet has a 2 inch (51 mm) square photo face, with a strong magnet backing that holds firmly on any fridge or magnetic surface.

What photos work best? Send the original file from your camera roll. Clear, well-lit photos where the subject fills the frame print beautifully. Screenshots, photos received through messaging apps, and images saved from the web are usually too low-resolution and may print soft.

How do I send my photos? Upload them at checkout. If you have a large order or your files are too big, email them to hello@maisonmagnet.ca with your order number.

Will my photo be cropped? Magnets are square, so a rectangular photo needs to be cropped to fit. I check every image before printing, and if an important part would be cut off I'll email you before going ahead.

How long will my order take? 3–5 business days to make, then 2–9 business days in the post depending on where you are in Canada.

Do you ship outside Canada? Not yet — Canada only for now.

Do you do wedding favours or bulk orders? Yes, and they're some of my favourite work. Email hello@maisonmagnet.ca with rough numbers and dates.

Can I reorder the same magnets later? Yes. Just email your original order number and I'll see if I still have the files. Let me know if you'd like me to keep them.
