Terms of service

1. About us This website is operated by Maison Magnet Co. ("we", "us", "our"), based in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

2. Products All products are handmade to order. Colours may vary slightly between screens and printed output, and each item is finished by hand, so small variations are normal and are part of a handmade product.

3. Your photographs By uploading or sending us a photograph, you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it, and you grant us permission to reproduce it solely for the purpose of producing your order.

We do not claim ownership of your images. We will never sell, share or publish your photographs. We may ask separately for your permission to show an example of finished work; we will not do so without your explicit consent.

We will not print images that are unlawful, that infringe someone else's copyright, or that we reasonably consider offensive, and we reserve the right to cancel and refund such orders.

4. Pricing Prices are in Canadian dollars and include shipping within Canada. We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed.

5. Taxes We are not currently registered for GST/HST, and no sales tax is charged on your order.

6. Orders We may refuse or cancel any order, including where a product is unavailable, where an error in pricing or description has occurred, or where we suspect fraudulent activity. If we cancel a paid order we will refund it in full.

7. Limitation of liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

8. Governing law These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada.
