Where we ship We currently ship within Canada only.

Processing time Every magnet is made to order by hand. Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be produced before it ships. Large or bulk orders may take longer; we will contact you if so.

Shipping methods

• Letter mail — smaller orders. Economical, typically 2–8 business days, no tracking.
• Tracked parcel — larger orders and sets. Typically 2–9 business days with a tracking number emailed to you.

Delivery times are estimates provided by Canada Post and are not guaranteed. Remote and northern addresses may take longer.

Shipping cost Shipping is included in the price shown. There is no separate shipping charge at checkout.

Lost or delayed mail Letter mail is not tracked and we cannot trace it once posted. If a tracked parcel is confirmed lost by Canada Post, we will replace your order at no cost.

Incorrect addresses Please check your shipping address carefully. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an address entered incorrectly at checkout.
